Like our world-class products and services, we have designed our Maintenance Contract Plans not just to meet your compressed air needs but to give you a wonderful ownership experience. We have three carefully designed plans for the customer to choose from:

Silver Plan:

• Periodic scheduled service visits based on the compressor running hours
• Normal working hour support
• Quick response in the unlikely event of machine breaks down
• Genuine spares supplied through our dealers based on our recommendation

 

Gold Plan:

• 24 X 7 service support
• Priority response in the unlikely event of machine break down
• Spares covered under the plan and customers don't have to stock
• Knowledge sharing programmes about new product developments
• Periodic scheduled service visits based on the compressor running hours

Platinum Plan:

• 24 X 7 service support
• Air end and prime mover included under the maintenance plan
• High priority response in the unlikely event of machine break down
• Spares covered under the plan and customers don't have to stock
• Knowledge sharing programmes about new product developments
• Extended warranty on air end

Response Time: Maintenance support will be made available as and when the scheduled maintenance is due. In case of specific complaint registered by customer with ELGI's customer care, ELGI shall provide service within:

• 8 hours of the call registration for Platinum plan
• 24 hours of call registration for Gold plan and
• 48 hours of call registration for Silver plan

Upkeep Time: We guarantee compressor upkeep time of:

• 95% for Platinum plan
• 90% for Gold plan
• 85% for Silver plan

Up keep time is calculated considering the duration of contract and the availability of the machine for operation, whether operated by customer or not. In the unforeseen event of major break down, a standby system to put the machine back to operation shall be provided by ELGI.
